- 1 / 5By Yesenia MarquettiI spent almost $50 on a half rack of lamb...it was comparable to lamb I've had at Outback before--nothing spectacular. They obviously cater to a particular tax bracket, but the quality doesn't quite reflect it. Another item they could really rethink is the "croquette". Two or three large, deep fried, mushy cakes. I grew up eating various kinds of croquettes, from ham, to turkey, cheese, chicken and even fish. This is a popular snack in Cuba/Miami and I was really disgusted and disappointed with Bistro's interpretation of it. The service was excellent however and so were the drinks. Overall, I will relegate my patronage to this establishment for the very rare occasion, perhaps when they update the menu a bit.March 08, 2017
