  If you plan on grabbing a bagel or a coffee quick you might as well make the trip to Steele to get your coffee and bagel faster. I have been here numerous times solely based on location convience, and I can not remember a time they haven't messed up my order, I would go back and ask them to remake my order but I'd rather not waste another half hour of my day waiting. Terrible service. Terrible management. Terrible product. A one star review is an overstatement. Avoid this location if at all possible.

  Very frustrated. Last week my son in law was having a procedure at the hospital- my husband and I thought we would grab a quick coffee for us and my daughter who was waiting at the hospital. We got in line behind 2 other cars, and 27 minutes later- we still had not yet received our coffee. We had to get out of line, and go to the hospital so we weren't late. I was a caribou fan as it was a treat when we went out of town, but I'm officially back to Starbucks.

  I am not sure how this has a 4 star overall rating. I have never waited so long for a coffee, with no other customers in the coffee house besides myself. Coffee was cold, and had a weird Raspberry flavored, although I order a Turtle Mocha. I will never go back.
