However, this lady who appeared to be the manager openly made fun of voice. When i was checking out. She asked me if I would like my receipt and I said "no thanks" in a higher pitch than what I would normally say.
She said " What is that? Is that your 3rd voice or personality? " verbatim. She continued to talk about it in front of my friends, who she was laughing with. I genuinely felt harassed. Upset and embarrassed. No apology.
I never been to a business where the workers openly make fun of their customers. I won't come back for a while at least until I know I can be there without being made fun of.September 22, 2016
