  Describe my experience? It was one of disappointment. In fact, there have been several, consecutive disappointments. In the last 10 times I have made purchase of the "food" sold at this establishment (a word I use with some apprehension), greater than half of my visits ended with a bad taste in my mouth, and it wasn't because of the food, it was because of the service.
  
  Receiving what I actually ordered and paid for seems to be forever out of reach. In the future I will be sure to literally comb through the entire bag and make sure every item is accounted for via visual and tactile inspection.
  
  $15 an hour... lol.

  Dear Mcdonald on State St. We eat at your restraint at least twice a week more if we have our grandchildren with us. We have had some bad times but today was the worst and don't know if I'll be back. I went through the drive through today and watched 7 cars in the other lane get helped before me. This has happened before. After finally getting in my order and paying I was told to pull in to the pick up lane again because my order wasn't ready. I timed them again and it took 6 minutes before I got my 3 breakfast sandwiches. When I got home we had the wrong order with cheese on them. I specifically made sure again that we do not want cheese because it is not the first time they have messed up. I couldn't go back again and the receipt was not in our bag. We spend up to $75 and maybe more every week. These people need to pay attention when they take our order not play around with other help. Arby's is next to them which as of today will be our new fast food place. Oh yes, one more thing. Why are the tables always dirty and the booths and walls are also discusting? I watched some of them being wiped down and they can't seem to do that either. Yes, I am a mad customer and you need a manager that can keep an eye on the staff. We are not customers of your anymore.
