  I don't normally write reviews but the service was exceptional so felt the need to write in! I brought my grandparents who both have walkers and after finding a spot to sit, we were immediately welcomed with menus at our table and our food was brought to us without asking. We were asked many times if we had questions about the menu or if we needed anything else with our meal. Our order was mixed up but they were happy to correct it right away. Todd and the other servers made it a really great experience!

  I typically love Panera but had a terrible experience at this location. Management: please tell your workers in the kitchen to call in sick. I listened to someone in the kitchen coughing throughout my visit. The restaurant was freezing. We couldn't find a clean table. Trays and dirty dishes were sitting on tables during our visit with employees doing absolutely nothing (my mom and I were the only two people in the restaurant). The person who waited on us was impatient and odd. Our experience was a miss on every single level.

  Panera bread is usually one of my restaurants.
  This location is terrible. The workers don't care, the sandwiches look like they are buying the discount cold cuts at the local grocery store. Bacon Turkey Bravo some how without bacon or cheese in this last to go order. I keep coming back to give it a chance, but after this, my last time. Honestly the saddest sandwich I have ever seen from a Panera, I should have taken a picture. The prices don't bother me, the quality does. Spend your money else where. Much better places to eat in the area.
