  Accidentally ordered addition of bacon aka bacon-by-product on a pizza. Told the manager it was gross and inedible. He told me, it's the same bacon for everyone. No, some bacon is fattier than others. No offer to remake the pizza without the bacon as it was online and "my mistake." I prefer Papa Murphy's anyway so goodbye Papa John's.

  We are order from this location often, and the manager is usually pretty excellent. Deliveries are fast and usually on time. Although the "plan ahead" orders and deliveries are not always on par. Sometimes they arrive early, which is an issue if the order is for a reception/party at your house and you aren't home from the event yet. (This has happened three times to us.) And we recently placed a plan ahead order for a birthday two days in advance and then called to check on it and was only then told that they might not be able to fill the order because their dough order had not come in. We were told to call back the morning of the birthday party, but when I called back, no one would answer the phone and we were left wondering if we would get our pizza for the birthday or whether we needed to make other arrangements.
